How do I add my event to FindBachata?
Fill out the form on this page with your event name, date, city, venue, and a link we can verify (your Eventbrite, Instagram, Facebook event, or website). We review every submission manually and list verified events within 24-48 hours. Listing is completely free — no account required.
Is it free to list my event?
Yes — listing on FindBachata is always free. We are a community directory. There is no paid tier, no commission, and no hidden fee. The only thing we ask is that you provide accurate, verifiable information so our directory stays trustworthy for dancers.
How long does review take?
Most submissions are reviewed within 24-48 hours. Recurring events (weekly socials, monthly dances) are usually listed faster because we can verify them against existing community data. You will receive a confirmation email when your event goes live. If we need more information, we will reply to the email you provide.
What types of events can I submit?
We accept bachata festivals, multi-day congresses, weekly and monthly social dance nights (practicas, milongas, and open socials), group bachata classes, and intensive workshops. Events must be open to the public and located in a physical venue. Online-only events are not listed.
Can I submit a recurring weekly social?
Yes — recurring events are welcome and are among the most-visited pages on FindBachata. Provide the day of the week, start time, and venue, and we will list the event as a recurring entry so it shows up in the weekly schedule for your city automatically.
